Payment & institutional purchasing
We accept ACH, wire, and purchase orders — cards are accepted too. Need an invoice? We’ll send one. For purchase orders, multiple units, W-9 requests, tax-exempt purchasing, or a configuration without online checkout, request a quote. Our team prepares the PDF quote and handles institutional invoicing.

Build-to-order units ship in 4–6 weeks. Cancel any time before production starts for a full refund.

Early-bird: $1,000 off the first 10 units of each model ($1,500 off soma one research). Price locks at reservation.
First year of software updates and support included; renewal 10–12% per year. Tier upgrades available later at +10–15%.
